We do offer loaner gloves for your child's free class trial. However we do require hand wraps and closed toe athletic shoes for all students. If you do not own hand wraps or in need of some.
We do sell them at the facility (kids and adult sizes) for $15.00.
Our 45-minute classes are designed to be fun and energetic. We use advanced equipment such as Aqua Bags, traditional punching bags, Assault air bikes for cardio, and low-impact rowing machines to ensure a comprehensive workout.
Classes are structured around: Bag work, Personal mitt sessions with coaches. Fitness activities focusing on speed, agility, and strength This approach provides a balanced workout that helps children stay fit and enjoy exercising at their own pace.
