6 Week Challenge - Lose 20 pounds of pure fat or 5% Body Fat

The 6 Week Challenge program is designed to help individuals jump start their fitness journey. The program is 42 days long in which the goal is to either lose 20 pounds of pure fat or 5% body fat.

The program includes unlimited cardio boxing and bootcamp workouts, optional nutritional guidance, support and accountability. All particapents will receive a personal orientation to go over the entire program with a coach, onboarding you onto your personalized HWD Fitness App. The coach will show you how to view your program and how to enter your daily checklist.

All clients will also recieve access to our online communities, facebook groups and instagram groups for support along with in the gym support form employees and other members.

All clients will be weighed in weekly to ensure they are on track to meet their fat loss goal by the end of the program.

We stare a new 6 week challenge program every 7 weeks.

1) Workouts In Our Gym2) Optional Meal Plan

We will tell you what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat. There is literally no guess work for you. We put the ball in your court to succeed and learn how to keep the weight that you loss off forever. You won’t be going hungry as the meal plans are customized based off your height and weight. You will be also drinking at least 1 gallon of water daily. Weigh in days are Tuesday and Fridays.
