FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES, THE COACH WILL GO OVER THE ENTIRE WORKOUT THAT IS PLANNED. WE WILL HAVE VARIOUS STATIONS SPREAD OUT ACROSS THE GYM FLOOR INCLUDING WEIGHT LIFTING, STRENGTH TRAINING AND BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES. THE STYLE OF WORKOUT'S ARE CONSIDERED STRENGTH TRAINING AND CIRCUIT/ HIIT TRAINING. EACH COACH WILL EXPLAIN DIFFERENT MODIFICATIONS FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
AFTER THE DEMONSTRATIONS, YOU WILL FIND A STATION TO START AT WORKING WITH A GROUP OF 2- 4 PEOPLE PER STATION. AFTER FINDING A STATION YOU THE CLASS STARTS.
EACH STATION WILL BE TIMED AND YOU WILL ROTATE THROUGH ALL STATIONS BY THE COACH. YOU WILL HAVE A COACH WALKING AROUND THE ENTIRE TIME CORRECTING YOUR FORM, CHANGING WEIGHTS, AND PROVIDING MODIFICATIONS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE CLASS.
THE FINAL 5 MINUTES OF CLASS WILL BE SET FOR COOL DOWN STRETCHES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. THE CLASS IN TOTAL WILL BE 50 MINUTES LONG FROM START TO FINISH.
